In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, CTS S.p.A. has adopted its own Organization, Management, and Control Model (MOG 231). This framework is designed to prevent administrative liability for legal entities by establishing a structured system of internal procedures and controls. Our Model promotes a corporate culture rooted in transparency and integrity, ensuring that all business activities are conducted in full compliance with the law while protecting the interests of our stakeholders.

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, which implements EU directives, CTS S.p.A. provides a secure framework for the protection of “Whistleblowers“—individuals who report illegal activities or fraud within the organization. To uphold our commitment to integrity and transparency, we have established formal procedures to ensure reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
